Transfer Patients
For international Patients moving from another country who wish to continue their treatment elsewhere it is highly recommended to get an transfer form from your current orthodontist.
There are several well known societies (for example American Association of Orthodontists, Begg Society, Angle Society) which provide their members with prepared transfer sheets. Your orthodontist can also just write you/us a letter with the information about your case.
Please be sure that the following information concerning the fixed appliances (braces/brackets) is not missing: 1)Brand 2) Prescription and 3) Slot.
As a general rule, the more information and records you bring with you to the first consultation, the easier it will be to find a solution and, if possible, to carry on the treatment.
